بصمة تطبيق لتسجيل الحضور في العمل، تقدّمه جهات العمل لموظفيها ليسجّلوا حضورهم وانصرافهم من هواتفهم. توضّح هذه السياسة المعلومات التي يجمعها التطبيق، وسبب جمعها، ومن يطّلع عليها، ومدة الاحتفاظ بها، وكيف يمكنك طلب الاطلاع عليها أو حذفها.
جهة عملك هي التي تنشئ حسابك في بصمة، ولا يمكن إنشاء حساب من التطبيق نفسه.
باختصار
نجمع موقعك لأغراض العمل فقط: عند تسجيل الحضور والانصراف، وأثناء دوامك حتى تسجّل انصرافك.
يتحقق هاتفك من Face ID أو بصمة الإصبع بنفسه، ولا تصلنا أي بيانات عن وجهك أو بصمتك.
تطّلع جهة عملك على حضورك ومواقعك أثناء العمل. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية.

نقدّم بصمة لجهات العمل. تنشئ جهة عملك حسابك، وتختار بعض الإعدادات الخاصة بمكان عملك، مثل مواقع العمل وأوقات الدوام، وعدد مرات تسجيل موقعك أثناء الدوام، ومدة الاحتفاظ بسجل المواقع.
2ما الذي نجمعه ولماذا
الاسم وبيانات العمل
ما نجمعه
اسمك، وموقع العمل والدوام اللذان تحددهما لك جهة عملك.
السبب
لإعداد حسابك وتطبيق موقع العمل وأوقات الدوام الصحيحة على تسجيلاتك. تُدخل جهة عملك هذه البيانات عند إنشاء حسابك.
رقم الهاتف
ما نجمعه
رقم هاتفك المحمول.
السبب
لتسجيل دخولك. في كل مرة تسجّل فيها الدخول نرسل إلى هذا الرقم رمز تحقق لمرة واحدة برسالة نصية (SMS)، فلا حاجة إلى كلمة مرور.
الموقع عند تسجيل الحضور والانصراف
ما نجمعه
موقعك ودقته لحظة تسجيل الحضور ولحظة تسجيل الانصراف، وبُعدك عن موقع العمل.
السبب
للتأكد من وجودك في موقع العمل عند تسجيل الحضور أو الانصراف.
الموقع أثناء الدوام (في الخلفية)
ما نجمعه
موقعك ودقته على فترات منتظمة من لحظة تسجيل الحضور حتى تسجيل الانصراف، حتى عندما يكون التطبيق مغلقًا أو في الخلفية. افتراضيًا تسجّل هواتف أندرويد الموقع كل 15 دقيقة، وتسجّله أجهزة آيفون عندما تتحرك مسافة ملحوظة. ويمكن لجهة عملك تغيير عدد مرات التسجيل.
نسجّل أيضًا
ما إذا أُوقفت خدمات الموقع أو إذن الموقع للتطبيق أثناء دوامك، وما إذا بدا أن الموقع صادر عن تطبيق لتزييف الموقع.
السبب
لتتأكد جهة عملك من وجودك في موقع العمل أثناء الدوام، ولتصلها تنبيهات إذا غادرته. لا نحتفظ بأي موقع يُسجَّل خارج دوامك.
الكاميرا وصورة الملف الشخصي
ما نجمعه
صورة لملفك الشخصي تلتقطها بالكاميرا أو تختارها من هاتفك، ولا يستخدم التطبيق الكاميرا لأي غرض آخر. وقد تضيف جهة عملك صورة لك أيضًا، ويمكنك تغييرها أو حذفها من التطبيق.
السبب
ليتعرّف عليك المسؤولون عن الحضور في جهة عملك.
معرّف الجهاز
ما نجمعه
معرّفًا لهاتفك، واسم الهاتف أو طرازه، ونظام تشغيله (أندرويد أو iOS). وعند تسجيل هاتفك ينشئ التطبيق مفتاح أمان يبقى على الهاتف، ولا يصلنا منه إلا الجزء العام.
السبب
لربط حسابك بهاتف واحد، فلا يستطيع أحد غيرك تسجيل الحضور باسمك. توافق جهة عملك على كل هاتف جديد قبل أن تتمكن من تسجيل الحضور منه.
رمز الإشعارات
ما نجمعه
رمزًا من خدمة Google Firebase Cloud Messaging يتيح لنا إرسال الإشعارات إلى هاتفك. وعلى أجهزة آيفون تصل الإشعارات عبر خدمة الإشعارات من Apple.
السبب
لإرسال إشعارات تخص دوامك، مثل التذكير قبل بدء الدوام وقبل وقت الانصراف، وإعلانات العطل، ورسائل جهة عملك.
سجلات الحضور والملاحظات
ما نجمعه
أوقات حضورك وانصرافك، وما إذا تأخرت أو غادرت مبكرًا، وساعات عملك، وأي ملاحظة تكتبها. الملاحظة مطلوبة عند التأخر أو المغادرة المبكرة.
السبب
للاحتفاظ بسجل حضورك لدى جهة عملك.
3Face ID وبصمة الإصبع
عندما يطلب التطبيق Face ID أو بصمة إصبعك، يتولّى نظام تشغيل هاتفك عملية التحقق. لا يستلم تطبيق بصمة بيانات وجهك أو بصمتك، ولا يخزّنها، ولا يرسلها.
يعرف التطبيق فقط ما إذا نجح التحقق، ثم يوقّع تسجيل حضورك بمفتاح الأمان الموجود على هاتفك. لا يصلنا إلا هذا التوقيع، ولا يمكن استخدامه لإعادة تكوين وجهك أو بصمتك.
4من يطّلع على بياناتك
جهة عملك. يطّلع الموظفون المخوّلون لدى جهة عملك، مثل الموارد البشرية والمديرين، على اسمك ورقم هاتفك وصورتك، وسجلات حضورك وملاحظاتك، وموقعك عند تسجيل الحضور والانصراف، وموقعك أثناء الدوام على خريطة مباشرة وفي سجل المواقع، واسم هاتفك وحالة الموافقة عليه، وما إذا قرأت الرسائل التي أرسلوها إليك. وتصلهم تنبيهات إذا غادرت موقع العمل أثناء الدوام، أو أوقفت الموقع، أو اكتُشف موقع مزيّف.
نحن. لا يطّلع موظفونا على بياناتك إلا عند الحاجة إلى تشغيل بصمة أو دعمه أو حمايته.
مزوّدو الخدمات. شركات تساعدنا في تشغيل بصمة: مزوّد استضافة خوادمنا، ومزوّد الرسائل النصية الذي يرسل رموز الدخول، وخدمتا Google Firebase Cloud Messaging والإشعارات من Apple اللتان توصلان الإشعارات. ولا يحق لهم استخدام البيانات إلا لتقديم هذه الخدمات لنا.
الجهات الرسمية. إذا أوجب القانون ذلك، مثل طلب رسمي من محكمة أو جهة حكومية.
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة لأغراض إعلانية.
5مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
سجل المواقع أثناء الدوام
يُحذف تلقائيًا بعد 90 يومًا، ويمكن لجهة عملك تحديد مدة مختلفة.
سجلات الحضور والملاحظات
نحتفظ بها، ومعها مواقع الحضور والانصراف، ما دامت جهة عملك تستخدم بصمة، لتبقى لديها سجلات حضور كاملة. ونحذفها خلال 90 يومًا من توقف جهة عملك عن استخدام بصمة، أو قبل ذلك إذا طلبت جهة عملك.
بيانات الحساب والصورة والهاتف
نحتفظ بها ما دام حسابك فعّالًا، ونحذفها خلال 30 يومًا من حذف جهة عملك لحسابك.
رمز الإشعارات
حتى يُستبدل برمز جديد أو يتوقف عن العمل.
قد نحتفظ ببعض المعلومات مدة أطول إذا أوجب القانون ذلك، أو لحل نزاع.
6خياراتك وحقوقك
يمكنك الاطلاع على سجل حضورك في التطبيق في أي وقت.
يمكنك تغيير صورة ملفك الشخصي أو حذفها من التطبيق.
يمكنك إيقاف الموقع أو الإشعارات من إعدادات هاتفك. إذا أوقفت الموقع فلن تتمكن من تسجيل الحضور أو الانصراف، وسترى جهة عملك أن الموقع متوقف.
لطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، راسلنا على info@thenewcapital.tech واذكر اسمك ورقم الهاتف المسجّل في بصمة. قد نتحقق من هويتك بإرسال رمز إلى هذا الرقم، وسنرد عليك خلال 30 يومًا.
لأن جهة عملك هي التي تدير حسابك، قد نبلغها بطلبك ونطلب منها تنفيذه، مثل تصحيح سجل حضور. وحذف بياناتك يعني إغلاق حسابك في بصمة، وقد يلزم الاحتفاظ ببعض سجلات الحضور إذا أوجب القانون ذلك.
يمكنك أيضًا التواصل مع قسم الموارد البشرية في جهة عملك.
7حماية البيانات
تنتقل البيانات بين التطبيق وخوادمنا عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS).
لا يدخل لوحة الإدارة إلا الأشخاص المخوّلون، بحسابات محمية بكلمة مرور.
يرتبط كل حساب بهاتف واحد معتمد، ويُوقَّع تسجيل الحضور بمفتاح أمان لا يغادر ذلك الهاتف.
لا يوجد نظام آمن تمامًا، لكننا نعمل باستمرار على حماية بياناتك.
8الأطفال
بصمة تطبيق عمل مخصّص للموظفين، وليس موجّهًا للأطفال، ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن علم.
9التغييرات على هذه السياسة
إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة، فسننشر النسخة الجديدة في هذه الصفحة ونحدّث التاريخ في أعلاها. وإذا كانت التغييرات مهمة، فسنبلغك بها أيضًا داخل التطبيق أو عن طريق جهة عملك.
Basmah is a workplace attendance app. Employers give it to their employees so they can check in and out of work from their phones. This policy explains what information the app collects, why, who can see it, how long it is kept, and how you can ask to see or delete it.
Your employer creates your Basmah account. Accounts cannot be created from the app.
In short
We collect your location only for work: when you check in or out, and during your shift until you check out.
Your phone checks your Face ID or fingerprint itself. We never receive your face or fingerprint data.
Your employer can see your attendance and your locations at work. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Basmah is provided by The New Capital ("we", "us"). For privacy questions, email info@thenewcapital.tech.
We provide Basmah to employers. Your employer creates your account and chooses some settings for your workplace, such as your work sites and shift hours, how often your location is recorded during a shift, and how long location history is kept.

Name and work details
What we collect
Your name, and the work site and shift your employer assigns to you.
Why
To set up your account and apply the right work site and hours to your check-ins. Your employer enters these details when it creates your account.
Phone number
What we collect
Your mobile phone number.
Why
To sign you in. Each time you sign in, we text a one-time code to this number, so you don't need a password.
Location when you check in and out
What we collect
Your location and its accuracy at the moment you check in and the moment you check out, and how far you are from your work site.
Why
To confirm that you are at your work site when you check in or out.
Location during your shift (in the background)
What we collect
Your location and its accuracy, recorded regularly from the moment you check in until you check out, even when the app is closed or in the background. By default, Android phones record it every 15 minutes, and iPhones record it when you move a noticeable distance. Your employer can change how often it is recorded.
Also recorded
Whether location services or the app's location permission were turned off during your shift, and whether a location seems to come from a fake-location app.
Why
So your employer can see that you are at the work site during your shift, and is alerted if you leave it. We do not keep locations recorded outside your shift.
Camera and profile photo
What we collect
A profile photo that you take with the camera or choose from your phone. The app uses the camera for nothing else. Your employer may also add a photo for you. You can change or remove it in the app.
Why
So the people who manage attendance at your employer can recognize you.
Device identifier
What we collect
An identifier for your phone, the phone's name or model, and whether it runs Android or iOS. When you register your phone, the app also creates a security key that stays on the phone; we receive only its public part.
Why
To link your account to one phone, so no one else can check in as you. Your employer approves each new phone before you can check in from it.
Notification token
What we collect
A token from Google Firebase Cloud Messaging that lets us send notifications to your phone. On iPhone, notifications are delivered through Apple's push notification service.
Why
To send you notifications about your shifts, such as a reminder before your shift starts or before check-out time, holiday announcements, and messages from your employer.
Attendance records and notes
What we collect
Your check-in and check-out times, whether you were late or left early, your hours worked, and any note you write. A note is required when you are late or leave early.
Why
To keep your attendance record for your employer.
3Face ID and fingerprint
When the app asks for Face ID or your fingerprint, your phone's operating system does the check. Basmah never receives, stores or sends your face or fingerprint data.
The app is only told whether the check succeeded. It then signs your check-in with the security key on your phone. We receive only that signature, which cannot be used to recreate your face or fingerprint.
4Who can see your data
Your employer. Authorized staff at your employer, such as HR and managers, can see your name, phone number and photo, your attendance records and notes, your location when you check in and out, your location during your shift (on a live map and in your location history), your phone's name and whether it is approved, and whether you have read the messages they send you. They are alerted if you leave the work site during your shift, turn off location, or use a location that appears fake.
Us. Our staff access your data only when needed to run, support or secure Basmah.
Service providers. Companies that help us run Basmah: the provider that hosts our servers, the SMS provider that sends sign-in codes, and Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple's push notification service, which deliver notifications. They may use the data only to provide these services to us.
Authorities. When the law requires it, for example a valid request from a court or government authority.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.
5How long we keep data
Location history during shifts
Deleted automatically after 90 days. Your employer can choose a different period.
Attendance records and notes
Kept, together with your check-in and check-out locations, for as long as your employer uses Basmah, so your employer has a complete attendance history. We delete them within 90 days after your employer stops using Basmah, or sooner if your employer asks.
Account, photo and phone details
Kept while your account is active, and deleted within 30 days after your employer deletes your account.
Notification token
Until it is replaced by a new one or stops working.
We may keep some information longer when the law requires it, or to resolve a dispute.
6Your choices and rights
You can see your attendance history in the app at any time.
You can change or remove your profile photo in the app.
You can turn off location or notifications in your phone's settings. If you turn off location, you can't check in or out, and your employer will see that location is off.
To get a copy of your data, correct it or delete it, email info@thenewcapital.tech with your name and the phone number registered in Basmah. We may confirm it's you by sending a code to that number. We will reply within 30 days.
Because your employer manages your account, we may tell your employer about your request and ask them to act on it, for example to correct an attendance record. Deleting your data closes your Basmah account, and some attendance records may have to be kept when the law requires it.
You can also contact your employer's HR department.
7Security
Data travels between the app and our servers over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Only authorized people can sign in to the admin panel, using password-protected accounts.
Each account is linked to one approved phone, and check-ins are signed with a security key that never leaves that phone.
No system is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.
8Children
Basmah is a workplace app for employees. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect children's data.
9Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will also tell you in the app or through your employer.
